Xu Ziqi and Lu Hanwen jointly serve as co-directors of the Organization and Propaganda Department. With clear division of labor and tacit cooperation, they have become the core of the department's efficient operation.

Xu Ziqi is mainly responsible for visual propaganda and content presentation: from activity theme poster design, cultural and creative material production, to project achievement exhibition boards and on-site display layout, all are coordinated and completed by her. She excels at using concise and eye-catching visual language to clearly convey activity highlights and organizational image, making every promotion both textured and recognizable.
