Lu Hanwen and Xu Ziqi jointly serve as co-directors of the Organization and Propaganda Department. With clear division of labor and tacit cooperation, they have become the core of the department's efficient operation.

Lu Hanwen specializes in video and film communication: focusing on shooting and post-production editing of promotional videos, activity review videos, and project documentary shorts. From material organization, video editing, to music scoring, subtitles, and special effects packaging, he uses smooth narrative and exquisite visuals to condense activity processes and organizational spirit into infectious video works.

The two, one quiet and one active, one graphic and one video, use the complementary cooperation of graphic design and video editing to support the propaganda work of the Organization and Propaganda Department, making every activity better seen and remembered.
