Department Overview¶
The Organization and Publicity Department serves as the central coordinating hub of the VHSTIT, undertaking multiple critical functions including overall planning, resource coordination, brand building, and cultural communication. As both the external voice of the group and the core of internal management, this department ensures efficient implementation of innovation projects while widely disseminating the group's innovative spirit.
Core Functions¶
Project Planning and Task Allocation¶
Responsible for strategic planning and task decomposition of overall projects. Based on the professional expertise and technical advantages of each department, reasonably allocate R&D tasks and develop detailed timelines and milestone plans. Through scientific project management methods, ensure all work progresses in an orderly manner and resources are optimally allocated.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Resource Coordination¶
Establish and maintain cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms, coordinate personnel allocation and material resources, and effectively resolve communication barriers and resource conflicts that arise during project advancement. Regularly organize inter-departmental joint meetings to promote information sharing and technical exchange, fostering a positive ecosystem of collaborative innovation.
Cultural Development and Documentation¶
Equipped with a professional photography and copywriting team to document the group's growth trajectory throughout the entire process, preserving precious moments of daily R&D, testing, and discussions through images and text. Establish a comprehensive archive management system including project documentation, technical notes, activity photos, and more, accumulating valuable historical materials and cultural heritage for the group.
Brand Design and Visual Communication¶
Possess professional design capabilities responsible for creating and maintaining the group's overall visual identity. Work scope includes:
- Brand Identity System: Design and optimize group Logo, standard colors, fonts, and other visual elements
- Promotional Material Production: Creative design and production of posters, exhibition boards, brochures, website interfaces, etc.
- Social Media Operations: Manage official public accounts, websites, and other external platforms to publish latest updates and achievement showcases
- Event Planning and Execution: Visual presentation of technology exhibitions, open days, recruitment presentations, and other activities
